Just 1 1/2 hours up the Calder freeway from Melbourne lies Maldon, an old gold mining town and home to some fun and intense downhill trails coming off Mt Tarrengower.
Join a morning or afternoon 4-hour session of biking with a bbq lunch provided. The first session runs from 8am until 12pm and the afternoon 1pm to 5pm. Both sessions include as many runs as you can get in.
A great thing about these shuttles is the smooth bitumen road to the top of the hill and the rowdy, arm pumping ride to the bottom. There are 4 different trails that offer great variety and are a really fun length. The features allow for good progression throughout the day and the wait times at the bottom are short.
Its a great way to avoid the more crowded locations, spend all your energy going downhill and hang out with a great crew of riders.
